Founded in 2006 in Huangjiang Town, Dongguan, the company relocated to Qingxi Town, Dongguan in 2021 to meet development needs. We have imported CNC fully automatic computer spring forming machines, CNC computer coil spring machines, straight wire machines, and annealing machines from Japan and Taiwan. We specialize in producing various precision compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, special-shaped wire forming springs, square and flat wire springs, clock springs and other precision hardware products. Production is organized around customer drawings, approved samples and inspection requirements. Critical dimensions, load or torque, material, finishing and test methods are reviewed before sampling. Validation results are recorded during sampling, while critical operations and characteristics are monitored during production. Material certificates, environmental requirements and third-party testing are supplied when agreed for the project.
