Springs are flexible parts. A product that passes inspection can still distort through stacking, vibration or unpacking. Packaging is an engineered final process.

Identify vulnerable geometry

Fine long hooks, extended torsion legs, open forms and 3D wire shapes can interlock. Bulk bags increase unpacking damage and counting difficulty.

Avoid sustained compression

Stacking pressure can create permanent set in highly stressed parts or hot transport environments. Control carton depth, separators and restraint.

Corrosion and packaging interact

Humidity, fingerprints, sulfur-containing materials or unsuitable inhibitors can affect surfaces. Packaging must be compatible with plating, stainless and conductive contacts.

Design for the customer line

Trays, counted bags, oriented rows and anti-tangle dividers improve feeding and assembly. Confirm packaging during quotation.
